With no community board preference for this building and such a low log number you are definitely in. Nothing is guaranteed but if I was gonna gamble on odds yours look very very good.
Especially every unit mix being offered at every ami has at least 6 units so you are in an awesome place. Most of all with lower log numbers id work on getting al my docs and stuff ready so there is no glitch during processing or hpd approval and with a low log number you will have first dibs on choices for units.
for your sake I hope your income etc fits within the income bands and you dont get rejected for being out of the range etc. If you have complicated income like 1099 etc and not a straight job related income on a w2 and paystubs I'd spend a lot of time to get good projections and or even maybe hire an accountant to make sure your submission is bullet proof and well vetted by a professional
If you are a salaried employee that just makes it super easy and straight forward and you just have to collect all documents and be ready to roll when the ball drops
