Worse case scenario, at least you have a low log# for that other lottery. Maybe you can see if a chat has started for that lottery yet.

Hey I haven’t moved in yet, but I did sign my lease today and I was told that they are using a system to figure out the electricity usage in each apartment individually but the system isn’t up and running yet so there are no electricity bills for the time being. I also made sure to ask if we would be hit with a retroactive bill once the system is running and I was told no.

I tried calling the agent and I was told I have to send out an email to get any updates for my application.
