For the folks currently living in the building, how has your experience been?

I've walked around the area a few times, and it seems really dead. Are you able to get all your essentials easily (groceries, etc)? Also are gas, heat, and hot water included in the rent? I

Hey dillon_d I haven't heard an update for my appeal yet. I'm surprised they're taking this long if they have all the numbers.

Yeah, it was the exact same reason as before. They didn't consider my supporting documents. They said I made too much.

I guess it's my fault for receiving overtime and back pay I had received from the previous year.

I'm not even appealing a second time. This was a very sick process. 8 months to be told no.

Hi roxy_nyc, I'm just wondering - when did they first reach out to you to submit the first round of docs via pronto/housing connect? I'm log number 52xx and they first reached out to me 3 weeks ago but I've not heard anything or been asked to submit anything else. Could you share the approx date they first got in touch?
