Gotcha! So far from what I've seen in other's timelines is that they'll get an initial request for documents, with a follow-up for more documents, and then everything gets sent to HPD if approved there seem to be 2 different appointments. One appointment is for viewing the apartment and the second is for signing a lease.

I think that's the gist of it.

@Len101,

@jam_mies… Pretty much listed all the steps I remember. You will get to view unit/s and then once approved you get to see it again before the lease signing. In my case I was assigned a unit, i was told that was the only one available to me, because it was the last studio available in my AMI.

Now I know that wasn’t the case, but sometimes what you get is at the discretion of the agency. Some get lucky, I suggest asking to see all the layouts available.

Has anyone else been contacted for the 70% AMI studios?

I wish I could file a complaint against this agency. I really think they're lying about having a final studio left and not giving it to those they don't like.

We just received an email to upload docs to Pronto Housing. Our log# is 4xxx. I’m wondering if it is worth the move from Via 57.

Hi ankhie what is your AMI? Also for what type of apartment, studio, 1bd room, or 2 bedroom?

Go for it! You won’t know until you see for yourself. It might be better, it might be cheaper, it might be more $ but worth it. It will keep you up to date for the next request for docs.

Well let's see, I just emailed them this morning. They didn't respond to my email from last week. So I'm hoping they can give me some clarity today. I don't wanna keep thinking about this place.
