If anyone applied to this listing, I highly suggest you at least come take a look at the apartments. (After uploading your documents). They are some of the largest apartments I've seen in awhile and all of the units have private outdoor space.
#29xx and asked to submit docs. I'm very familiar with this area and it actually not as bad as thought. Myrtle station is totally chaotic tho. I'm gonna pass anyway. $2500 with no in-unit W/D and having to pay all utilities in this area is a joke. I'd go for 1br if it was $2K.
Not a subsidy friendly building. The prices are likely that high to keep people with subsidies out as none actually adjust to the requested amounts. May be best for those looking to avoid living with those coming out of homelessness.
Asked to submit docs on 9/9 for log 47xx with CB preference. I submitted docs on 9/9 but have not heard anything since, figure they are still processing
Has anyone submitted docs for a specific unit and are waiting to hear back? We thought we were on track for a Nov 1st move in but now it’s looking like Dec 1st.
