I was wondering about this building too?
No washer dryers in units,
I thought all new buildings had them?
I really dislike this fact.

all electric as well?
I prefer cooking with gas.

No free heat and hot water then?

Are the W/Ds free at least?

I can't find any shopping area near there?
No whole foods or trader Joe's?
Are there cycle lanes around there?

Is it a safe neighborhood for a woman alone?
I've always been iffy, about parts of Brooklyn.
Since I'm in Manhattan.
Everything is near by or easy to get to.

I don't think that they all have balconies either?
The biggest turn off for me,
is if there's
No free heat hot & water.
& no W/D

The only thing I like is if there is a balcony for my animals to play on.
I'm really thinking not for me?

I'm really not happy in my current tiny studio.
I Hate having to do my laundry in the building. my heating/ AC unit, rarely even works!
The unit is so antiquated.
They have swapped it twice,
yet it's still the same.
Can't even see the writing on the dials anymore.
The units are 20 years old.
They remind me of when you go to a cheap motel!
LMFAO
