Wow, that's a pretty terrible deal. On the plus side, for anyone that this location is ideal, they'll probably have a great chance because most people will decline lol
It really stinks that this new listing pops up in the middle of page 2 on Housing Connect. I wouldn't have know about it except for the new posting on this forum. Housing Connect really needs a better system for alerting people to NEW listings.

They really need a filter for NEW listings regardless of how many days are left. Some many listings for smaller buildings get buried on page two
Rent expensive on top of that your paying all utilities
