I'm not sure on that, the leasing agent didn't tell me. She only said I didn't qualify for it, but also not sure why they put that number on my TIC +$75 under Utility Allowances.
I just chatted up Starry and was able to get the ACP benefit applied to my Starry Internet! Thanks
Update: While calling Verizon to cancel the setup, I found out that Verizon Fios is also apart of ACP, so you can actually get the 300 mbs (49.99$/autopay) with the Fios Forward program (Covers $20) and ACP together Free! Haha, will actually just do Verizon if that's the case! However, it seems really difficult to get approved on ACP website because I'm not sure which document they need to know the building is under affordable housing.
Your post is not written with max clarity, but I'll just say that the $29.99 Spectrum internet is fully covered by ACP and one needs to make no payment ever. Spectrum also has a new user offer, where they'll give you unlimited data phone plan - on Verizon network - FREE for one year with no obligation, if you only bring own unlocked phone. After a year, if you don't buy their plan, you can carry their phone# to other provider

Can those who currently saw or live in the building confirm no washer/dryer in units?
Can confirm studio and 1 bedroom won't have in unit laundry, but 3 beds should have based on the floor plans. Not sure about 2 beds because floorplan didn't show any.

We toured a 3 bedroom at 165% AMI and they do not have washer dryer. Only market rate offer washer dryers. The floorplan online shows WD but it is a linen closet in lottery units.
For anyone wanting to see some of the amenities, I found this video online which shows a tour of some of them including the gym: https://youtu.be/pzC4FnV5ecA
The same guy has videos of some market rate apartments but not sure how similar they are to the lottery ones in terms of layout, finishes etc. In one of the videos you can hear the agent say, not many people have moved in yet and it’s still mainly lottery winners. Not sure whether that’s good news or not!
Hi all - just wanted to share that I was just reached out to for documents - log # 15XXX, GP, 165% AMI. I will not be moving forward as I recently moved into 5203 Center!
