Thanks for answering. So what's happening there? And does it mean they've already called for all available Senior units?
She was the first one to move in on that side. Building still had some work to be done but people are moving in now. Her apartment is nice. She just doesn’t have much of a view.
Hi all - just wanted to share that I was just reached out to for documents - log # 15XXX, GP, 165% AMI. I will not be moving forward as I recently moved into 5203 Center!
Thanks for the update! Can I ask what your household size is? Seems like theyre contacting 165 AMI without CB already but there's no way CB is filled at this point. So I don't know how they're filling this building anymore...

If she's the first out of 100 units, why did she have to accept no view?
Hey All! Everything everyone has posted has been so helpful & informative. Cheering everyone on through this treacherous process.
As CB 8,XXX AMI 125/165, seeing GP 15,XXX AMI 165 being contacted is tough; although I also understand it comes down to household size.
Still crossing my fingers to be contacted soon. Does anyone have a suggestion as to who to reach out to about gauging where they are up to, or confirm if CB is noted on my application?
