As CB 8,XXX AMI 125/165, seeing GP 15,XXX AMI 165 being contacted is tough; although I also understand it comes down to household size.

Still crossing my fingers to be contacted soon. Does anyone have a suggestion as to who to reach out to about gauging where they are up to, or confirm if CB is noted on my application?
You can check CB on your housingconnect profile. Under your address it should say which CB you're in. As to who to contact, I have no idea. They used to have a website but took it down. If you find out please update us lol.

For those that moved in, how flexible were they with the move in date? Are they ok with pushing it a month or two or do they give you a set date you need to commit to?

15 days max after approval, if you look at my timeline on the sheet www.tinyurl.com/gothampointnorth those were the max dates I could stretch to.

According to this video 30 days should be the minimum. Not sure if they can change that and force you to take it earlier.

they are still doing preferences and community board, seniors etc... I know as I spoke to someone at housing connect, today it's 3/1/2023.
good luck ya'll I was just rejected from another housing lottery they wouldn't count all my income as an actress, which is illegal, very frustrating. But I got a good number here so keeps fingers crossed.

Above was a mention of a senior having moved-in. Was she the only one in 9-story building?? What's really going on there?

Update:

10XX Log# AMI 165, No pref

Viewed 5 units studio/1br. It's pretty small and I'm deciding whether to get the studio or 1br. Theres a big price gap of $500 and the square ft difference is not that much but the studio feels so much smaller, but the 1br also feels small, its like a studio split in 2. The agent that showed me around was great though.
