It's possible that they will not get to you before moving on to GP. They just have to fill 50% of the units and then they move on to GP they don't have to go through all of CB first.
Oh I didn't realize, thanks for letting me know! Do you know if they have to fill 50% of each of the AMI brackets with CB or just 50% of the units in general?

It's 50% of units in general which is why sometimes an entire AMI can fill up with CB

I agree. And, sometimes an entire unit size (studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, etc) might fill up with one or several preference categories. It comes down to what those persons with preferences pick which can be the result of luck what is leftover when those allotments are filled. For example, it might be that no household with a preference wanted the only 3 bedroom at 130% AM1 so then it if offered to the lowest log# without any preference qualifications.
Thanks for the insight! I think I qualify for both, 125 and 165 AMI. I am just getting anxious to know when they will reach out, especially with my low log number.
I apologize in advance if someone touched on this question already,
Do we know if they've started tackling the 80% AMI yet? My log number is in the 1000s and I'm really hoping there's still an opportunity for my daughter and I in this one.
