Oh, OK - thanks. Let me know how you get on with the appeal. How it went with me was their first decision was final - your documents weren't complete and submitted by the very first deadline, and any attempt after that is irrelevant, best intentions aside. HPD backed up what they said 100% without even looking at my case or reading my message, as far as I can tell.

Thats insane! For me, the agent rejected me also for missing documents they did not request originally. Under the document section they attached a few documents such as unemployment, and authorization form to be filled out. Did they attach any documents for you?
