Thank you so much! I am quite nervous for the HPD review. My partner is self employed, so hoping that doesn't hurt our chances too much. Lets see

Wishing you luck too!!

Any updates from HPD? Wondering how long the HPD process takes. Also wondering did they let you view the apartment before checking all your documents?

I believe everything was submitted last Thursday. Still waiting to hear back. I wasn't in the city at the time they wanted me to do the tour, so they just sent me a video instead. The unit is on the smaller side, but it's still very nice!

Was asked to view a studio. Given that it was a BCC, I believe that it's going to be a shared viewing.

It was beyond tiny. There's also a dedicated utility closet with the boiler... In your already tiny studio.

Confused the F out of me that there was an exit out into the balcony but a normal sized bed would be blocking it.theres that little space.

How many square footage do you think the studio is? Our 1 bedroom is pretty small too, but I think will be able to make it work. I will see if I can upload a video of a similar one.

Thanks for sharing this! I’ve been waiting to hear from someone who had toured! The building looks lovely but there’s no way these 1br apts are above 400ft and the studios are not even listed on the building website!

It's close to 300sqft. Someone asked and the agent wasn't able to answer that because the developer didn't give her that info.

The neighborhood is stellar but... Walking home and seeing all of these brownstones in front of my face just to burrow into a closet. Like seriously, neighborhood is just awesome.
