This is a beautiful building in a great area but it seems expensive for what you get. Also surprised that it's only for 130% AMI. One thing that I didn't understand is that the building doesn't seem to have any studios but there are 3 up in the lottery- what might be the reason behind this?

I've seen that before. I went to see a building that didn't rent studios to MR but had studios available for lottery tenants.

Were those apartments to the same spec as the MR ones?

The agent said they had the same appliances and specs. The 1bed and 2beds were the same exact ones as MR. But this changes from building to building

Odd that they keep moving the end date on this lottery by 2 or 3 days weekly.

If the Dekalb Ave is the closet subway station, that walk will suck. That price for no in unit W/D? That sucks.

I recently received an email from Reside to apply here so maybe there weren’t enough applicants.
