However, I would contact Viviana Vazquez <vvazquez@sctcompliance.com> as you deal with her initially before you are approved.

It not that bad if you are up high enough... I viewed an apt on the 18 Floor... it was a nice view.... those two lots are terrible... lot of garbage and a did see a rat once. If they do build something... I see something shorter like the Reserve across the street.

I was contacted 2 days ago. Submitted documents yesterday, saw and accepted an apt today. They did tell me that they are about 100% occupied or close to it. If there’s anything left it’s probably not many.

Edit: I was also told that all the other AMI’s are filled. Could be wrong - but for sure my leasing agent told me 100% AMI is filled.

I got called in Oct/Nov 2023 ... could be a re-rental... Apt looked new but I did see some imperfections. I was 165% AMI ( Log 3X,XXX) only City Worker Preference.... 2 bedroom with a fantastic view.

Contacted to submit today. Log 27,xxx. No mention of mini-lottery (re-rental).

Will probably pass on this one.
