Thank you y’all, & yes the property manager told me her self they is wrapping up they work for the Lottery and that there are no more units available on housing connect in the lower AMI% , I know 30,40,50, 60 AMI’s% is full occupied.
Hi all! I just checked the housing site and my application moved from in process (under review) to completed. There are no remaining units. I can’t say I’m not disappointed but life goes on. It’ll take me about a week to get over it. Congratulations to all that were able to secure a new place at One East Harlem! The journey continues.
Hello everyone, so I was just contacted on Friday about submitting my documentation. My log# is 8XX I applied july 2022, I am at 165% ami. I applied for a 2 bedroom. Due to the upcoming holiday I won’t hear back until at least Tuesday. I am excited and skeptical at the same time. Don’t wanna be one of the last in to see what ever they have left for rental. But fingers crossed. Any present renters still happy with how the property is doing? Any advice on the process?

Little update suppose to go see a unit. However feeling a little bummed was told I’m seeing whatever is left so it’s almost a take it or leave it situation. I don’t know how big it is or what part of the building I will be located in however at this point I’ll go and see it.. fingers crossed it’s what I like if not then bummer
