Not even the luxury buildings in Fort Green and Clinton Hill have those prices

Both prices are absolutely ridiculous, $169 difference between the studio and one bedroom. Amazing

Right next to the Broadway triangle. Totally nuts - that's above studio market rates around there for sure

I don't care what anyone says rent stabilized or not that is not affordable housing and honestly wouldn't be worth the process. This is a perfect market rate amount.

These high prices are the reason the city has contracted with so many outside marketing firms to try to fill units like these.
