I don't know, I didn't follow through at that time so I never saw the units offered for the lottery.

Did you read them from Google too?

I noticed their valet, concierge, & most of all the management are problematic!

Yeah, I guess so too. At that time my eyes were glued on the Summit already so I just told myself either I won a unit in Summit or not at all as I also loved my apartment in Jamaica

I think I applied to this building and got a really high log number, this was the old HC right?

Yes, this was on the old HC.

My log was 10xxx - I applied in August 2017 & got called to submit documents in February 2019, 1.5 years after applying!
