This is a very nice building, I applied back in 2018 for 555 Ten Phase II through the old HC website. My log was 10xxx & I was contacted in 2019 to submit initial documents, they informed me that there was only one studio left at 120% AMI, I turned it down as the area was no longer appealing to me & the developer of this building, Extell, was very notorious with their poor door & poor floor policy at that time.

Yeah, I guess so too. At that time my eyes were glued on the Summit already so I just told myself either I won a unit in Summit or not at all as I also loved my apartment in Jamaica

I think I applied to this building and got a really high log number, this was the old HC right?
My log was 10xxx - I applied in August 2017 & got called to submit documents in February 2019, 1.5 years after applying!
