You're right! I just re-read the article and it did mention 169 affordable units. Considering this advertisement is for 52-130% ami units, and there's 300 units in the development, we may see an affordable lottery listing for those 80% ami units soon.

Logs are out and of course I got a good number for this expensive building. Can you take an apartment and rent it out until you can afford it? Jk

You think pricey building has less applicants? I applied this because I was curious if that's the case but I'm afraid I was wrong, I got log #13xxx for this one!

No but last year I was contacted 5 times and 3 of the units were too expensive. The other 2 were in the Bronx
