Log number 26xx, we were reached in Feb, submitted additional paperwork by 3/8 and contacted yesterday for a showing today. There was a group of about 15 or so (mostly entire households). The building is really nice, amazing amenities and a rooftop to die for. We were told there are no more studios available, a couple of 1-beds and several 2-beds. Shown three 2-bed layouts and two layouts were around 800 SF and one around 750 SF. She said she has 1-2 left of the larger 2-beds and several left of the smaller ones. All had two nice, large baths and the kitchens were beautiful (larger in the larger units, less counter space in smaller ones). There is a common laundry room but hook-ups in apartments for your own W/D. We were told that lottery units may be able to bring their own W/D, but not sure. A lot of the amenities are under construction but should be finished in April.

My log is 12xx

TIC was just sent to HPD, I believe it's the last studio available. I wasn't aware there were two buildings for this lottery

Yes I did more research based on your comment. It seems 224 will subsidize the other building because the AMIs for the second one will be much lower. It's being built next door for the year 2024 and it's part of the city's ***** center initiative

not sure why the Q word got censored. In other words, there'll be an l-g-b-t-q center in the building of some sort.

Also an update for the thread, I just got approved by HPD and will be signing next week
