The 130% 2 beds go for $2975, the market rate 2 beds go for $5-6k

Seems there is only one floor plan of the 1 bedroom that is showing $2355 and I bet my left foot that doesn’t stay that way.

When you go into contact - it gives a page to fill out and it asked for move in date with their schedule open.

I have someone investigating the retail apartment info. The agents are looking for 11/15 move in. Hopefully we hear something soon!
