I’m going to try either tomorrow or Sunday. Will let you know if there’s been any progress since last weekend! Lol

I drove by the building yesterday. It still looks a bit incomplete but I saw a sign upfront advertising that apartments were available to rent. I have no expertise in construction and building management so can't give an accurate assessment.

Hi Len, nothing yet. I haven’t reached out to Reside either, because I’m seeing no movement or updates on the market rate side of things. Remaining hopeful

I inquired with Reside yesterday. The response “we hope to reach out within the next month”. No further details. Seems like dates on the retail website have pushed back to Dec 1.

I went by the building today. At first I was discouraged because none of the visible first floor apartments look ready (missing some appliances, floors need to be cleaned up from construction dust and materials), and the side of the building where the parking garage is still looks very much under construction. But then I saw the other side of the building has all of the construction walls taken down and they cemented the side walk (it’s still blocked off with a chain link fence to dry I assume). I really hope it’s all finished within the month.
