I’m 130 AMI, 1 bedroom, log 2xxx with CB and never received a response. I messaged after the tour and a few weeks later. All emails I sent to follow up received the same responses as you BK1328. I’m holding on for as long as possible, living in a furnished month to month, with entire life in a storage unit.. The things we do for stable housing (((
On the website for renting it still advertising 2 months free rent if applied by Dec 1st. Does that mean that people could be moving in by Friday if they applied already already. Can someone attest to if the building is complete.

There’s no way. They don’t have a certificate of occupancy yet. The market rate people are probably just as frustrated as we are
Hi everyone! Has anyone gotten any updates? We spoke to Susan recently who just said the same as before “i have not been able to contact building management” Our lease is up and if this is never going to pull through we need to start looking for a place!
Our log number 4XX. we toured the apartments in May and received an apartment number for a two bedroom. were 80 AMI
I went past the building yesterday and was a little disappointed. There is progress, they’re almost done pouring cement for the side walk on the last side of the street under construction. The apartments on the first floor still don’t have dishwashers or refrigerators.
As of this morning, still no certificate of occupancy. BUT some good news! On the department of buildings website, they used to have an outstanding fine/penalty. It came up in big red letters. It’s no longer there this morning. Which means that hopefully they are one step closer to a certificate of occupancy!
It’s also extremely disappointing that they are not yet processing profiles with the city. During my tour Gabby said that that process takes about 3 weeks.
