The 2 bedrooms are decently sized! 1169 and 1057sqft. In the era of 600 sqft 2 bedrooms, this building sounds like a dream. Also, it’s right by the court house. That would have been convenient when I had jury duty last week.

It's live on the HC website. The 130AMIs are very pricey, and more than I can pay - once again taking a pass on this even with CB pref.
I feel like that's the new norm for the 130AMI all these new buildings - the studios and 1 bedrooms keep inching to 3K and over
