I use to live across the street at the Eagle so I know this lottery is going to be 130-165% AMI. I’m sure it will fill up quick, similar to 1 Boerum. All the investment bankers, hedge fund managers, private equity professionals, and celebs will be in that building.

I was wondering what the AMI would be...was hoping they would at least include 80%. 196 Willoughby and Brooklyn Crossings are in the same general area and only have 130% AMI so its wishful thinking but 310 Livingston is also downtown and included 80%

That sounds awesome. Thanks! I'll definitely want to give it a shot. So exciting!
Excuse my ignorance - but can anyone explain the discrepancy here? Leasing in mid 2022 but occupancy later in the year - people will sign their lease months before moving in?
If that is the case, would the lottery likely be opening soonish (within the next month or two) or when actual occupancy starts?
This building is 50 feet from my window (you can practically see into my window in one of the photos, lol) - they might start leasing some of the market rate this year, and they are starting to market the condos, but it's not going to be ready for occupancy this year. I doubt the lottery will be online until very late this year *at the earliest*.
Pretty sure this will be 130 AMI apartments. As the higher floors are condo only, expect the lottery apartments to be on the lower section of the building.
I would LOVE to see what the alleged 'affordable units' go for. The building itself is a standout and you see it from afar. It looks nice from many different angles.
