Here's a couple of photos of the building taken this weekend from my window...can see a lot of boxes through the windows so they are probably putting appliances in, and as you can see the pool deck still has no pool.

I’ve been trying to figure out if this was CB preference but haven’t seen anything.

What I have read is that the lottery and market rate units will be the same.

Believe me, I'm VERY tempted!!! But, I don't know if I wanna splurge $2800+/mo for a 1BR plus god knows how much their amenities fee will be, I bet it will be at least a solid $3K/mo

In where I live now, though I live in an alcove studio but it's a good 600 sqft out there with all the amenities that luxurious buildings have to offer & I only get to pay less than $2300 (amenities & electricity included), not to mention the location is very prime, close to my work, I don't need to spend $127/mo for unlimited MTA pass anymore. Last but not least, the building management is very professional who cares a lot about their tenants' well-being. I don't know if I wanna give up this 'luxurious life' in Manhattan for Brooklyn

It’s a bit strange when being prescreened means nothing unless you have a great log number. That said, with those prices, how many will apply?

I have yet to see a time line but I would guess less than a month, building’s not even finished yet…

right??? like what was the point of that. also i feel like if you're new to this process it gives you a false sense of security in getting a unit when that is not at all guaranteed. the building isn't even on housing connect yet! feels a bit against the rules but i don't think it is. just a weird move. i'm sure they have nefarious reasons for it. good times great times.
