Yes, but cheaper than some other 130% 1Br in buildings that have far fewer amenities. This could seem like a steal for someone paying say $3400 in a market building with few/no amenities. It's all relative but it wouldn't be worth it for me either.

Today is the 28th & I didn't see they posted the lottery yet, maybe they forgot?

Probably delayed (perhaps having to do with the sale of the building) and they didn't update their website.

Construction update: Construction elevator is almost completely dismantled, probably will be done today or tomorrow. Pool deck is cleaned up but still haven't actually started on the pool.

You have the best aerial view.
The last two times I walked by to TJ's, I never for a sec thought it was done, of course that is just from the outside, lol.
