While looking for affordable housing I know a couple of us are looking to market rate buildings and unlike these luxury buildings we cant really read reviews on RS buildings. My friend told me I could look up a buildings information via the HPD online website. We can see how many 311 complaints have been made, if there are bed bugs in the buildings etc.

once you put the information of the building in click on "complaint history" on the far left tool bar to view all complaints made to 311. You can also check violations the building has. Hope its helpful to all on their search!
