So my lottery number recently got called for this building. However, this building currently does not have a certificate of occupancy! I’ve got a friend that works for the DOB and they said it could still take months until this property receives it. I definitely don’t want to wait around until that happens nor can I afford to. Just putting this out there for anyone else who got called for this…

Log 1,5xx and I just got asked for docs. There aren't many units but I guess they are having trouble filling them. Building looks pretty nice and the prices aren't bad at all but it's too far form the train for me and the amenities don't match what I have now. I'll be withdrawing, good luck to anyone still interested!

I'm 18XX and I also got asked for docs. I'm surprised since it's an entire year after the lottery closed, but I know sometimes these things work this way..

Yeah, I'm sort of surprised tbh with the prices being so decent for 130% AMI and so few units. I wonder if it is possible they are filling units that people left after 1yr? I'm not sure if they can do that.
