I never heard of that being about CBs.. I've heard about the push for affordable housing units being spread across the entire building and not the same type. I can't remember when I read it, but I thought it was a general idea, not specific to the CB the building is in. I'd have to try and find it to see exactly what it stated

Ran into someone I knew from years ago who went to college with someone who lived in one of the buildings torn down to build ”the Ruby”.

Community boards can only make recommendations and otherwise voice opinions. Such things obviously carry some weight but cannot prevent a project from happening nor otherwise demand any sort of changes. Again they can ask, recommend, want, wish or whatever, but asking ain't getting.

Community boards can make their voices heard, make pests of themselves, threaten or actually bring legal proceedings and otherwise mess with a developer four thousand ways from Sunday. That is probably greatest scope of their influence.

Most of it is what you find in common with local politics; a bunch of busybodies on an ego trip.

It does! It's small and to the immediate left when you walk in. Also has in unit washer and dryer

So sorry! I've been so busy and haven't logged in. It's a combo- super nervous to use it

The model is Bosh HMC54151UC

I'll try to post videos

Also it’s weird because in our contract, it says that the base amenities are included in our rent (gym, playroom etc..) so NO extra $100 . and for the pool yes it’s $500 but it only open for the season memorial to labor day. I wonder if you can still access the pool deck and pool rooftop the other time of the year? since we paying for the year.
I'll have to look it over now that I'm calmer! ☺️
