@amarg sure but what do you mean line? Also congrats! Is the lease signing the day you tour? Following your steps, I hopefully get approved tomorrow
The apartments follow the same layout even on different floors, delineated by letters. I guess all apartments have letters, but in this case it seems to dictate what the layout is. For instance, 10AS, would be floor ten, 10, line A, south building.
I believe the lease signing is scheduled at the tour and will be done at a later date.
Was it the rent statement that needed to be notarized? The Pronto application required a notarized copy from landlord but the Housing Connect application did not. I‘ve submitted non notarized and was approved for a different application on Housing Connect.

What line were you assigned? Do you think you’ll have options or the one you were assigned is the one you either have to accept or deny?
Great. Good to know. Thanks! Any update on your status?
I've been dealing with collecting additional docs all week - some of it due to my move-out, some of it to explain certain deposits in my accounts and things of that nature. Knock on wood I just submitted my last set of docs.
I am in line K. I can't find a floor plan for it but it's a 1 bedroom. Curious to see it
