I applied for Ruby in Feb, was assigned lot #22493 4/21 and was asked for additional documents.
On 5/12 Ruby sent me an email saying they acknowledge my documents.
7/19 i got an email asking to sign certifications and send updated paystubs and bank statements.
On 7/27 they asked me whether I wanted a studio or one bedroom, i chose one bedroom.
On 8/3 my file was sent to HPD for approval.
8/9 i received an email assigning my unit (line m in S building) and was asked to view apt and make lease assignment within 5 days and move in by Sept 8. Hope that helps people.

Kevin, I think the M line is the unit we both desire with the dope kitchen!!! Might depend on the floor, but from the floorplans I’ve seen so far that’s it

I KNOW!! With each person I’m getting more nervous. Especially when someone said that they were in both 70 and 80 but they assigned them the 80% unit! I think there’s about 6 folks alone just from your spreadsheet and that’s only folks that are on these boards! I’m still holding onto a glimmer of hope tho
