How much would your AMI increase with +$200,000 in assets?
I don't think AMI will be an issue as you will be way over the allowed asset limit unless these assets are 'designated retirement funds and college savings accounts are not subject to the asset limit'
If these are regular assets that are included in the limit assuming you have 0 assets now only 165 and 170 AMI would deem you eligible to apply.
Look at this chart to see what the limits are, and this link for more info on asset limits, if within asset limit it will add $1,200 to your income.
So let’s say my salary is just under the minimum salary to qualify for the building. If I have that much in assets I now qualify?
Pretty much, if my assets put me in 130% AMI, can I also qualify for under that? Let’s say 80% AMI as well?
