Going on a tour of the building and apt tomorrow and want to make sure I get to see all units (2bed) available to me. So, for those who live here or have toured, are the market rentals and subsidized units the same or slightly different?

I've tried to look for a floor plan of the unit that they assigned in the email, but can't seem to find it.

When you tour would you be able to describe the game room?

I went on the tour on friday and the building really sells itself. It's a gorgeous building and the amenities are wonderful. The game room is very small though. and it only had foosball and some pacman game. Felt like an afterthought. It's also just a little room on the way to the terrace.

Other than that, the coworking space, pool, grills and terrace are all wonderful. The gym is huge and has tons of equipment. Its top notch.

I'm waiting for HPD approval, they said my file went out on Friday. Let's hope I hear back soon.

Thanks for the details! How was the apartment itself? Congrats, just a matter of time now for you!

Can I ask when you were asked for your first set of documents? How long was the process for you?
