I recently heard from an Affordable Housing Lottery... sent in my docs and my interview is scheduled for next week. I am concerned about a civil court case I had with my former landlord for non payment. I lost my job during the pandemic and I didn't pay for 2 months before I moved out. We both agreed on settlement and I am currently making payments to him. Can this be held against me and automatically disqualify my housing lottery application? Should I mention what happened with my former landlord during my interview?

You can not be denied because of court history. This is the link for the housing lottery manual. You can look on page 62.
It is listed as prohibited information for evaluation of a residential candidate.
