How is this a good?
Most listings are now for 130% AMI. Very few in the 60, 70, and 80 range. Yet alone 30, 40, and 50.
One studio and one 1br apartment is offered at 1500 and 1800 for people making 52k?
That is not affordable, just because its below market value.
Log # 1XX might be the lowest one I've ever gotten lol but with only a handful of units up for grabs, I won't hold my breath!
