I was reached on April 3 to submit documents by April 18. Submitted all my documents, and followed up with the Project Manager to be extra sure they saw the documents. She asked for a couple more things, and as of April 20, she said I *should* be getting an email to set up a showing in the next week or two.
Wait a dang minute. No one is that lucky. Who do you know? Do you work for hpd, nyc, housing connect?
sheeeeit.. i have gotten called a few times, and turned some down... once i got called for a studio, went AROUND the lottery process, and got a 1 bedroom in the same development the housing lottery tried to give me a studio in. i don't do studios. at all. don't ask me how. i'm built different.
