Why did you block?

Anyway, this caught my attention cause I want to throw my hat in for Brooklyn tower but if this 15% is going to take effect then I don’t know if it’ll be a smart move

Ok, again....

Vote last week was first, nothing is set in stone. Final second vote that determines what increases will actually be comes in June.

Two year won't be 15%, but it won't be zero or 2% either.

In any event increased voted on in June are only for renewal leases, does not have any affect on new RS leases.

I’m so tempted to indulge! I would love to live on floor 75 with views all around. I wouldn’t mind it if they gave me a unit on the 93rd floor either. It would be great to have a glass of wine as I watch trashy shows on TLC whilst occasionally looking out the window

LMAO, i think rental units are on floors 11-52. I could be wrong but i think rentals MR and Lottery are going to be in that floor range
