I Checked The DOB Site And Still No TCO

Nothing yet, I just keep getting asked for updated pay stubs. I walked by yesterday and still a lot of work being done

Seriously ? Ugh this is frustrating af. I'm beasting to sign the lease.

Why do they keep asking you to update your paystubs ?

I read in the handbook that the documents are good for 120 days from the date on the TIC

I'm not really sure i guess to just have it in my file, I read somewhere that they can ask for pay stubs at anytime, they would ask for bank statement and stuff like that after the 120 days are up.

Thats What Im Saying.. I Know 2 People On Here Had Mentioned They Were Told The 15. Even My Marketing Agent Said This Month But Clearly That's Not The Case

The person that said the 15th was told mid October.

On the DOB site I saw that the building was complete as of 8/9/23 their just waiting on TCO. The construction you see is probably the museum, it won't be done until 2024

I the beginning I was told mid September as well then she said their hoping next month but didn't specify

I just wanted to be in before Thanksgiving.

And it sucks you have to wait n upload more Docs. So like do u turn down a great job opportunity for an apartment.. that's cruel
