My Lease Started On 12/19 And I Moved In 12/26..... I'm New To All Of This. My Portal Says I Owe $203 On Top Of My Base Rent.

Hey everyone! Congratulations to those moving in!! Just a heads up today someone downstairs moving in had a cockroach on their furniture. Thankfully I killed it but please be mindful of pests when moving in, they are really easy to spread. Thank you!

Yes! I smelled it the other day. It’s so annoying. There’s not many of us here, it should be easy to know where it’s coming from.
