I don’t know when they updated this but now it says for seniors. They would have gotten a lot less applicants if it said it was for seniors from the beginning. Lol

It was at the bottom in the preferences section.
Preference for a percentage of units goes to:
50% Community Board Resident
5% NYC Employee
100% Age (62+)

This one is hard to prevail in due to so few units. The listings can leave a lot to be desired.
