There is no mention of having to be a senior to apply nor is there any age listed like usual senior apartments where they list that at least one person in the household needs to be 62+.

I agree it’s unclear. Perhaps the building is for Senior, but the only the six affordable housing units have no age requirement or preference. I suspect not but it could be possible. If a non 62+ is interested they should apply before the deadline and get further details as they come.

Still applied I don’t believe this is for seniors , the seniors housing VIA housing connect usually don’t have 2 bed rooms

This article says that 1 Sullivan will have a mix of senior and affordable rent apartments out of the 52 in the development: https://www.cityrealty.com/nyc/marke...ies-high/31681

My guess is this is the first phase of the lottery and another advert will go up later for the non senior affordable apartments. Who knows?!
