The HC website is very wonky today. Sometimes when I pull it up, it shows yesterday's listings.

E 23rd is Murray Hill, Gemma, nice try!

And of course the rents should be lower. They need to start CAPPING the initial rent at 40x for the MIDRANGE income. But, on the whole, you could do a lot worse.

Same here. I reloaded the site a few times and it loaded but it’s a crap shoot.

So how come it says there is a laundry room in the posting, but on the Gemma website it says "ALL" apartments have W/D in apartments? No mention of a laundry room on the Gemma website.

In the layouts provided in the postings, are the same on the Gemma website and they all have W/D...confusing.

I have no info on this particular building but it very common for buildings with in-unit w/d to also have a shared laundry room with larger machines for washing large/bulky items.

Also it’s common that MR units have in unit w/d, while affordable units do not. The Gemma website is marketed only for MR apartments so that’s why their direct website says all units have in unit w/d - they’re speaking of all MR units. Based off the description on the housing connect website, it appears the affordable units will not have in unit w/d, they will have to use a shared laundry room.
