they go by every rent 2 to 5% increase approved by the RGB since that original posting in 2015, so the rent will be higher, but not that much. whoever wins will get the 2023 rent that they can charge now, not the rent posted in 15.
My understanding is that the actual rents charged for the actual apartments appears somewhere in these charts, as does the AMI bracket. See how the rents and brackets vary all over the place, even within one AMI bracket? I'd like to be able to pin both of those numbers down. Other than for the 120% one-bedrooms, it's not easy to do. Kinda a mess.
