My log is 1## with a preference. They called to ask if I submitted my documents, I said yes and they stated "ok have a good day we'll call if we need anything else". That was like 3 weeks ago, I'm keeping my fingers crossed they call again for the next steps. Good luck everyone !!!!
When was due date to submit documents? Have you tried reaching back out to them for update ?
Some buildings have preference categories where folks who meet certain criteria (already living within the CB, being a city employee etc.) will have preference to be selected for a portion of the units. You can read more in the HPD handbook: https://www.nyc.gov/assets/hpd/downl...dbook-8-21.pdf
