the building is ok, the design is nice
new building
the actual apt is ok, balcony? ooooooooou
SBS near
block is ok should be quiet
the shopping options nearby are a +
the mall is literally 2 blocks away
supermarket down the block
Patsys and Milanos pizza nearby

cons

jefferson is always hot and they are bad. if u can tolerate the projects, go for it. just know there will be a police presence near often
that sink in the bathroom? wtf? who authorized that?

I just began browsing the housing lottery recently again.
How is this a good?
Most listings are now for 130% AMI. Very few in the 60, 70, and 80 range. Yet alone 30, 40, and 50.
One studio and one 1br apartment is offered at 1500 and 1800 for people making 52k?
That is not affordable, just because its below market value.

I have not seen good prices for buildings recently at all. this was the most decent place I have seen in a while (price wise)

By SBS I think he was referring to the Bus - M15-SBS.
Jefferson Housing Projects.

Log # 1XX might be the lowest one I've ever gotten lol but with only a handful of units up for grabs, I won't hold my breath!
