I was walking by and decided to stop in to see if they having an open house. Although they weren’t, one of the realtors was there and I asked if I could be shown the two bedrooms apartments. I informed the realtor that I applied on housing connect and was asked to submit documents and wanted to see the units. I was informed they do not usually do that but I was in luck that they were having scheduled viewings (market rate). The apartments for two bedrooms are spacious. The rooms are pretty decent. Also, some have an open floor plan and there is a closed one as well (kitchen separate from the living area). All two bedrooms come with two bathrooms. I was unable to see what the one bedroom looks like but from what I heard some of the one bedrooms have a patio/balcony.

It's the law via zoning requirements; all two bedroom apartments must have two bathrooms. Both size of bedrooms and IIRC bathrooms have minimums also by zoning requirements.

That's why developers are loathe to build such units. It causes all sorts of issues from floorplans on down.
