60% AMI units "waiting list open to fill current and future vacancies", # of units available is unknown. Very far from transit but the building and amenities look nice!

(It’s an example where unit nominal size does not result in rent shown being the same across all of the nominal size units. For example there is a 1 bed for $1032, and another 1 bed for $1463, both at 60% AMI. Presumably there is some difference that allows for the ~40% and ~$400 dollar difference in rent shown.)

The location is not near a subway. But it is very near the terminal stop for the Q18, Q19, Q102, and Q103 buses. These go to various subways. The Q103 goes to the Astoria Ferry, or walk to ferry in about ten minutes through or beside the housing project.

Doorman, grocery store, package lockers, dishwasher and w/d in unit, and other types of bells and whistles ‘fees may apply.’

I know it might take some time but I really hope to get selected for this lottery. I've been trying to find affordable places in Astoria but it's really hard. Fingers crossed.

Logs usually come out ~2 weeks to a couple months after the lotto closes. When they come out, everyone will get them at the same time.
