You're right, I just checked the HC2 website, and they have removed that photo.

Even 500 sq ft for a studio is pretty darned respectable. The units in this building are overall on the larger size.

I think that's true because the building was renovated. Newer buildings are the ones with the smaller apartments.

They only removed this photo last night, but today they put it up again, which can be misleading. This photo shows that the studio is 740 square feet. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QIS...usp=drive_link
