Been on the waiting list for co-op city for like 8 months now for a 1 bedroom. I strated at like 1200 now I'm down to 800. At this year's I got like another 16 months lol. So tired of waiting... I hope I get into the valley not section 5, I hear there is no parking in section 5 which would be annoying for me.

Anybody live in Section 5 with a car? Can you talk to us about the parking situation?
